How do I purchase a subscription to the Quantum Tutors?
To subscribe to the Quantum Tutors, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to www.quantumal.com and click "Order Now".
  2. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the box provided and click "Update" and a discount will automatically be applied if the code is valid and not expired.
  3. Click "Order Now" next to the product you would like to purchase (six months or one year subscription).
  4. After purchase, you will receive two emails: Order confirmation from PayPal and an access code (starts with the letters "pc") from Quantum Support.
    IMPORTANT: If you don't receive these messages within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam Folder.
  5. Go to www.quantumal.com and click "New Student - Register here" located at the top left of the page and set-up your username and password.
  6. After login, you will be prompted to enter the access code (starts with the letters "pc") sent to you in the email from Quantum Support.
  7. After entering your access code, you will be prompted to select your institution/instructor/section. This is how your instructor will view your progress and assign credit for work completed so be sure to select the correct section.

What are the system requirements for accessing Quantum’s software?
Quantum’s software is compatible with any PC or Mac. All you need is an Internet connection. For optimal performance, please review the system recommendations.

We also require certain browser settings be allowed or enabled for the software to function properly, such as allowing cookies, javascript and popups. The browser check page can be used to help assess your settings. Please note that due to the numerous different plugins and add-ons for browsers the check page may not always be able to correctly reflect your settings.


I forgot my username and/or password, what should I do?

  1. Go to www.quantumal.com.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password? link below the Login area on the left side of page.
  3. Enter your username or the email address you used during registration.
  4. An email with your username and password will be sent to the email address used to register the user account.
  5. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders for a message from Quantum since some email accounts may block emails sent from Quantum Support.
  6. If you do not receive an email, contact us using the online support request form at www.quantumal.com/support.php.

I did not receive an Access Code for accessing Quantum’s software or can’t remember the Access Code. What should I do?

  • Institution/School Site License: If the access code was provided by your institution, please contact your instructor to obtain the access code (starts with the letters PC).
  • Individual Subscription: If you purchased an individual subscription to Quantum’s software at www.quantumal.com, you should have received an access code in the order confirmation email sent from Quantum support. The Access Code starts with the letters PC. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders for a message from Quantum since some email accounts may block emails sent from Quantum Support. If you do not receive an email, contact us using the online support request form at www.quantumal.com/support.php.
